Techish Kenya reported that Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed Galaxy phones are now available on Amazon.com in the US. The range was announced on 21 October 2026 and starts at USD 489, or about KES 63,000, before taxes and fees, according to the outlet.
The report said the Amazon launch list has 14 configurations across seven models: Galaxy S24 FE, S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. It noted that Samsung’s own refurbished range also includes the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, which are not on the Amazon list.
Samsung promises a certified new battery and a one-year limited manufacturer warranty, per the article. Techish Kenya also reported that US eligibility for Care+ does not establish Kenya coverage; Samsung’s Kenyan terms exclude second-hand phones and phones bought abroad from the Standard and Z Premier plans, and no Kenyan launch date or local price was given.
For buyers importing to Kenya, the article advised checking who will handle a fault and where the phone would need to be sent before purchase.
